BioTech Science Dictionary (University of Indiana) provides an illustrated glossary containing terms associated with genetics and biochemistry; the dictionary also includes some terms associated with general biology, chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology and medicine. The Dictionary of Cell Biology (Julian Dow, Glasgow University) contains thousands of cell biology terms and cross-references; a new graphical interface facilitates browsing of topic areas. Glossary from the Primer on Molecular Genetics (Department of Energy) lists molecular biology and genomic terms and includes a list of organization acronyms. HotMolecBase (Weizmann Institute) is a database of biological molecules that are involved in particular diseases and may be promising targets for medical applications.
